Playgroup Policies, Terms and Conditions

POLICIES

The Annexe Playgroup adheres to the following policies

  18. An Anaphylaxis Action Plan
  19. Transitional Policy

Any parent/guardian wishing to view any or all these policies should speak to a member of the Annexe Playgroup staff.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. I agree to produce an original Birth Certificate/Passport or Medical Card and complete the necessary Registration Form for my child prior to his/her start date.
  2. I agree to pay my child's fees either in full or half termly in advance for my child attending the group, or on the first day your child attends.
  3. I agree and understand that if my child is absent I will contact the playgroup, as failure to do so could result in my child being excluded.
  4. I agree and understand that all absences will be charged for, including holidays taken in term time.
  5. I agree to be punctual and collect my child on time to ensure that I do not incur a penalty fee, and if a penalty fee has been issued for lateness then I agree to promptly pay within the specified time stated on the invoice.
  6. I understand that no monies will be refunded.
  7. I agree and understand that my child cannot be accepted on another day in lieu of absence.
  8. I agree to always inform on arrival of early departure, or if someone other than my self is to collect my child.
  9. I agree to the playgroup keeping a confidential profile of my child for the purposes of their development progress (this to remain at playgroup until my child leaves).
  10. I agree to the photos being taken of my child during playgroup sessions and activities in conjunction with record keeping purposes only.
  11. I agree that the playgroup retain the right to take my child on walks to the park, shops etc… without prior consent for project/activity purposes only.
  12. I agree to dress my child in clothes suitable for play.
  13. I agree to providing my child with suitable foot wear for play.(Indoor Slippers, Plimsolls or Trainers ONLY).
  14. I agree to support all playgroup fund raising schemes wherever possible.

By supporting playgroup fundraising schemes, you will be helping to keep playgroup fees at their present level. We welcome any surplus toys or equipment you wish to dispose of. We also welcome new ideas and support for our project table.
